By placing an order on the ONNON® WEB STORE you acknowledge having read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at contact@onnon.hk before placing your order with us. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.

 

Return or exchange the goods

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 5 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

 

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging cost. We are not able to exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. ONNON® reserved the rights to the final decision.

 

International returns must be covered by the customer.

1. Please ensure your return is well packaged.

2. Make "Returned Items" on both your parcel and on all paperwork enclosed to prevent it incurring import charges and taxes and return to the following address and email to contact@onnon.hk Failing to do either mail back the well-packed product or email the exchange request, we can not process your exchange request.
