Can I track my order ?

 

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation with order tracking number after payment is processed. This only applies for market outside H.K.S.A.R.

You can track your order.  Or after the estimated delivery period you still not yet received the package, please email to us contact@onnon.hk

Can I return or exchange the goods?

 

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 5 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

 

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange , which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging cost. We are not able to exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. ONNON® reserved the rights for final decision.

 

International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier:

1. Please ensure your return is well packaged.

2. Make "Returned Items" on both your parcel and on all paperwork enclosed to prevent it incurring import charges and taxes and return to the following address and email to contact@onnon.hk . Failing to do either mail back the well-packed product and email the exchange request, we can not process your exchange request.

HONG KONG

- Free standard shipping for all Hong Kong orders.

- All Hong Kong SAR shipping is via Hong Kong Post or SF Express.

- No tracking number will be given.

- Delivery estimated to be 3-7 business days.

- Flat rate of HK$80 for each order below HK$500.

- Free standard shipping for order over HK$500.

- No Tracking number will be given until upon request.

- Delivery estimated to be 3-7 business days.

 

CHINA, MACAU

- Flat rate of HK$80 for each order below HK$1000.

- Free standard shipping for order over HK$1000.

- No Tracking number will be given until upon request.

- Delivery estimated to be 8-14 business days.

 

USA (exclude Alaska, Hawaii)

- Orders will be sent by Hong Kong Post or SF Express.

- Flat rate of HK$180 for each order below HK$1000.

Additional Shipping Info:

- Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
